Spotted at the airport: sinewy-looking older dude with vibrant skin and clear eyes. By sheer coincidence he stood right in my people watching field of vision and I watched him go through his joint mobility routine.
After he finished, I leapt up and chased him down to ask him where he had seen the joint mobility.
I first heard of it from Pavel Tsatsouline and Steve Maxwell. It’s great for smoothing out the surface of joints and helping you retain your full range of motion, pain-free.
He didn’t seem to welcome the conversation, maybe it was because I basically ran to catch up with him. But he explained to me as he got older he figured he should do something to retain his movement.
In a forthcoming book, I’ll have some essential joint mobility exercises for office workers, but if you can’t wait, you can get Pavel’s book and/or DVD to learn more about it.
Super Joints Maximum Mobility & Flexible Stength DVD-Pavel Tsatsouline
I find it interesting that he intuitively ‘discovered’ these exercises. It was really inspiring to see. And, by the way, joint mobility is great for those long trips on cramped airplanes. Makes your body feel great!
