		<description>Yeah, overhand and underhand work the body a little differently. The underhand will shift the emphasis more towards the biceps--great if you&#039;re looking to impress the ladies with your guns. :)</description>

I&#039;ve got one set up on the door frame as it&#039;s great for getting the body ready for climbing! I&#039;ve thrown it into the work outs with push ups so when I&#039;m healing my leg, I can still at least work the upper body.</description>
