New stuff added – exercises and routines

Ever notice that when the sun comes up after 7 o’clock it’s hard to get moving? I’ve always wanted one of those alarm clocks that simulated the sun and gradually brightened the room to help you wake up.

Despite the sun, or lack thereof, I’ve been able to get up early most every day of the week and add some new stuff. Recently I’ve added additional exercises and this morning I added a few routines.
