    Justin Qualler, the author of this site, works hard to stay healthy and fit. In his 20's, he exercised at the expense of health. Now, in his 30's, he's finding the balance. He believes in training movement, not muscles, and focuses on quality repetitions, refusing to sacrifice quality for quantity. His favorite exercise is the pull up. His favorite weight is the kettlebell. His only known weakness is hamburgers.
