I’m thinking winter.

One thing with winter is more time for the home gym.

I don’t have to mow the lawn, it’s a more indoor season, all that.

Following up on the Jowett program, I really revitalized myself. Washed away some sins of the past, including too much coffee, and too much stimulation, and not enough Qualler Salads…

So, yeah, I’m ready. For this:

I’ve been doing these short workouts that I got from the Spartan Health Regime and customizing them just a smidge to my liking.

For instance, instead of deadlifts, I’m doing moderate weight swings.

Anyway, in the above video I have some advice. It’s how to start a program advice:

  1. Have a plan
  2. Keep it simple
  3. Follow a framework

Real basic stuff. I followed my plan and you can see a bit of it in the video above.

Oh, and if you’re interested in the dip/chin belt, this is the best dip/chin belt there is. (Same one I’m sportin’ in the video.)
