A little walk on a path and you find one of these suckers and you can get in a great workout.

Chins, dips, and then pistols. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.

A few circuits of these killer exercises and you’ll have quite a workout. Start with 8 reps for each exercise then work your way down to one. Killer!

36 reps.

That’s pretty intense, especially for the pistols. Even if you start at five and work down, you get 15 reps. Don’t rest between circuits and you’ll get a cardio effect.

It’s a pretty simple workout, and you could wrap it up by continuing along the path and jogging intensely for 10 minutes.
