Simple programs for STRONG results

One of the things I credit to Pavel Tsatsouline is simplicity. Just eliminating all the bullshit and focusing on the essentials. In fact, his Power to the People book just focused on two exercises.

What I did today was just a simple workout but it gives me good results and I feel it strengthening my body. The other thing you’ll note in the video is that you don’t see huge weights. Something I learned from Steve Maxwell who never heart old people lament that they wished they lifted heavier. The weights you see in the picture are all you need to be strong enough for all general purposes. It’s not complicated at all.
