I was listening to a local Milwaukee, WI radio station on the way home from work yesterday. Ryan Seacrest was being syndicated and he was interviewing Mark-Paul Gosselaar.
“Wow, you’re looking good!” Ryan told Mark. “What are you doing to stay in shape, how old are you?”
“Well, I’m 37 and I’m not a gym rat or anything like that, I don’t drink much, don’t smoke, don’t do drugs, and I stay active by surfing and biking.”
That’s not the exact transcript, but that’s the gist. A very non-complicated approach to it.
Can it really be that simple?
