Been digging into Jim Rohn and some other motivational type people for a while now. After finishing grad school, I just needed that refresher. I’d learned a lot, but there are a lot of other factors to success.
I like how Jim Rohn puts it, there are a half dozen or so things that will make 80% of the difference. For example:
- A daily Tilden salad
- A movement-based exercise program
- Daily walking
- Meditation/introspection
- Water vs alcohol/coffee
- Understanding toxemia and having a daily BM
I think this is a pretty good list. Maybe it’s not perfect, but there are a lot of details here to dig into. For sure a salad and less alcohol is a winning combo.
Check out the video and give this type of program a try.
