Planning for the week

Can’t plan the outcome, gotta plan the actions.

I can only control what I do, not how people respond.

Either way, the key is growth, and this weekend was good.

Very active yesterday, rain today so far. A calm rain.

The morning routine involved working the legs a bit and a standing meditation.

Here’s a thought for you: it’s not about how much muscle you have…it’s about how you can use what you got.

Start with that before thinking you need to pile on the weights.

Preparing for the 30 day challenge starting tomorrow. I got things I want to track. Phone use especially.
