The daily salad

One game changer for your nutrition can be the daily salad.

I’ve learned a lot about this cornerstone of the diet over the years.

Brooks Kubik seems to do it best:

  • Leafy salad greens
  • Chopped up fresh herbs (thyme, sage, basil, etc.)
  • Bison burger

I’ve changed things a bit because we’re all unique, but Brooks gave me the ideas. I add:

  • Chopped up celery, tomatoes, bell peppers
  • Chopped up garlic – 2 big cloves
  • Ketchup 🙂 (not a lot, but a little drizzle goes a long way!)

Plus, I don’t always do a bison burger. I use buffalo and just good ol’ cow. Here’s a short vid so you can see what it looks like:
