Saturday afternoon at the park

My youngest kid was crying about wanting a chocolate chip bar. Been carrying on like that, won’t eat good food.

The Bragg’s say to fast kids. You don’t want to eat? Must not be hungry. Don’t eat at all.

We’re working towards that. At least, I’m pushing for it. Tough one though.

But I respect the hell out of the Bragg’s and they get results. Just look.

Anyway, whiny kid. “Get your socks on we’re going to the park.”

“I don’t want to wear my socks.”

“That’s fine. Let’s go.”

I figure, hey, you don’t want to wear your socks and it’s 39 degrees F, then lesson learned. I am huge fan of supporting bad decisions that won’t result in physical harm but will teach a lesson.

Once the boundary is established and she knows I ain’t changing my mind she chills out. And climbs into the car and we head to the park.

We get to the part and it’s great. We’re all having a blast chasing each other and climbing the ropes.

My oldest took this picture:

This is one of my favorite stretches to do at the park. Also pulling on bars and leaning back, stretching the lats.

I’m springy and fast AF. The stretching plays a big part in that.

Not to mention I’m fast twitch all the way.

Anyway, that’s that. Recently shot a video about my top 3 advice for health. Simple stuff, walking, posture, stretching.

Why stray from the fundamentals?
