Wanted to share a few YouTubes and other things from the past month or so.

This one goes into the fact that the moonshot completely ignores actions the public could take to improve health. Namely walking. Also, I discuss how to design your 30 minute brisk walk.

Moving beyond baseline fitness

In July I released Baseline Fitness and since then I’ve heard a lot of positive comments from people who’ve purchased it and followed the advice. But, once you attain baseline fitness and make it a default setting, there might be more work you want to achieve, while continuing to move deeper into the skills you develop with Baseline Fitness.
